HL YTH is the junior high and high school community of Highlight Church.

We are committed to creating a place where young people can grow, find community,

and experience True Life. We meet 1x a month on Sundays and at seasonal events.

Each gathering will include a fun activity with food and snacks. This is a great opportunity to connect and have some fun together.

Small Group Discussions

Our Sunday Gatherings will include an intentional time to break down that Sunday’s message in men’s & women’s groups so we can grow in our faith together.

Where does HL YTH take place?

HL YTH takes place on the last Sunday of every month right after our Sunday Worship Service. We first gather in our lobby for some food and a fun activity. We then transition to smaller rooms for intentional conversations. 

We break off into Men’s Groups & Women’s Groups as well as dividing by Junior High and High School ages. 

How will I pick up my child from HL YTH?

Similar to our Highlight Kids environments, each Youth is checked in and given a name tag so we can record who is with us for that day. Once our gathering is completed, Youth will be dismissed and will travel back to our main lobby for dismissal. Each gathering will take 1-1.5 hours to conclude. 

Will their be an adult presence at HL YTH?

Each HL YTH gathering is lead by two or more Youth Leaders with both genders represented. We also have multiple Superheroes helping facilitate the environment and monitoring the space throughout the gathering. 

What should parents do during HL YTH?

We are so glad you asked! During every HL YTH gathering we hold an event called Super Steps. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about our church and how you can get involved. We care about the growth of the whole family and believe that when you and your child are involved the whole family experiences True Life together.
