About Highlight Church:
Our Lead Pastors
Joshua & Kaira Redding
Pastors Joshua & Kaira Redding are the founders and Lead Pastors of Highlight Church. Their passion is helping people encounter Jesus, discover God’s purpose for their lives, and experience His love and grace.
Together, they lead with a heart to see people flourish in their faith and make a difference in their communities. They are proud parents of three children: Jaehziel, Judah, and Yalena. They moved from Orlando, FL to Gaithersburg, MD with a small team to help people find true life in Jesus.
Highlight Church launched in October of 2016 with just over 100 people in Shady Grove Middle School. Now meeting at Granary Row, a space in Old Town Gaithersburg, Highlight Church under their leadership have witnessed thousands give their lives to Jesus, hundreds Baptized, and are expectant for all that God has in-store for the future.
Our Code & Beliefs:
Learn the 7 values that make up the Code of Highlight Church as well as how we view God, Jesus, the Bible, and many other aspects of our faith as a church. Our Code & Beliefs are founded in scripture and guide every decision as a church.

For the Family:
Learn more about Highlight Kids and our mission to raise up the next generation as we strive to create a safe, fun, relational, and intentional environment where your children can learn about Jesus on a level that they can understand and relate to. We are able to care for ages 6 Months through 5th grade.
For the Youth:
Middle School and High School students are able to partcipate just like our adult guests. Whether they want to become a Superhero, connect at our YTH Gatherings, or attend our weekend Worship Services, our goal is for them to grow in their faith and thrive in community!
