What to expect:

In-person Gatherings:

There will be frequent in-person gatherings where you can grow in community, have fun, eat some good food, and be encouraged with practical teachings alongside our Lead Pastor Joshua Redding.

Focused Development:

Maximize is much more than a Men’s Gathering. There will be focused development on things like communication, leadership, excellence, how to be a great father & husband, with actionable next steps.

Is Maximize for Men only?

Yes! Maximize is our brand-new environment for Men to fulfill their God-given potential. For our ladies, we offer a space called Flourish[ing] led by our Lead Pastor Kaira Redding. 

Is Maximize like a Light Group?

Maximize is much more than just a men’s gathering or group discussion! This is a space for Men to grow and be developed with multiple elements such as group discussions, practical teachings, hands-on training, actionable next steps, and much more. 

Is there a cost associated with Maximize?

Over the coming weeks, more details, structure, and opportunities will continue to roll out as we get closer to launch.
