We are excited to provide in-person gatherings at our Granary Row location. We have been in continuous contact with our state and local officials to assist us in responsibly gathering at our church.
Currently, we will be meeting in-person only at our 9AM, & 10:45AM experiences at 50% capacity. Our HL Kids environments are available in-person, and online at 10:30AM. However, children of all ages will need to register similarly to adults. Your spiritual and physical health are our highest priorities. We encourage those in our church family who are at greater risk for illness or have individuals in their family who are at risk to please worship with us online.
Our prayer for you is that you have been safe, cautious, and healthy through this time, and we are excited to see you all in-person.
As a church, we have moved into Stage 3 of our Re-Opening Plan, please read the information below on what Stage 3 entails as well as additional information on what to expect while attending our in-person experiences.

*Resume with Caution:  We will have an RSVP system in place to make sure low-risk is assessed for everyone who will enter our doors. Temperature checks will be taken for everyone who will enter. Strict sanitation will be implemented by our team to ensure a clean environment between each Worship Experience.

*High Sanitation – Our promise to you is to sanitize high-contact surface areas between each Worship Experience. We will also have hand sanitizer readily available.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON A SUNDAY:

 

Upon Arrival
  • After parking, you will be required to walk to our “Check-In” station and provide registration information. To pre-register, click here.
  • You will be required to have your temperature taken and logged to ensure overall guest safety. We ask that you practice social distancing throughout this procedure.
  • You may receive instructions regarding traffic flow in order to reduce crowd sizes.
  • Aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to each experience. Ex: If joining the 9am experience, arrive at 8:45a.

 

Lobby
  • Our Greeters Team will welcome you as you enter the building.
  • Inside, we have created a contactless experience with social distancing stickers and directional arrows in place.
  • First Impression teams will help manage the flow of traffic throughout our experiences.

 

Auditorium
  • Once in the auditorium, you will be guided to your seat. Your family unit will sit together and be appropriately spaced from others.
  • No offering containers, communion, pens, or paper resources will be passed out.
  • There will be signs placed on seats around you and your family to ensure social distancing measures.

 

Exiting
  • At the end of the experience service, you will exit following the markers. If you have kids checked in, we ask that you check them out immediately after the experience to help our HL Kids Team prepare for the next experience.

 

Between Services
  • Between services, every surface area will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized per CDC and state guidelines.

 

Details to note
  • Masks are required for individuals ages 2 and up.
  • Highlight Church will follow safety guidelines and remain at 50% capacity.
